BOARD MEMBERS

Meet Dr. Chesney West, the Chairman & Founder of TSG ORG. She is a wife, mother & educator, who has successfully completed her doctorate in Business Administration. She is the head of our Becoming Queens scholarship program, an advocate for teen girls & leads in supporting women owned businesses. Her goal to inspire, educate, empower & support women, the youth & women owned businesses is the foundation of this organization.

Meet Kierra Cephas. She is a mother, coach, sister, friend & plays a huge role in the community in her every day life. Her role at TSG ORG is Vice Chairman. Her extensive education & work in the community plays a critical role in our community events, as well as educating our youth. She ensures the heart of our brand continues to be represented. She is also the point of contact for our social media pages & any & all community events.

Meet La Shonda Brown. She holds many titles in her personal life; wife, mom daughter, sister  and active member of her church. Her role at TSG ORG is the Treasurer/Secretary. She keeps us on task and notes our monthly board meetings. She also keeps track of our sponsors and donations. She plays a critical role in ensuring our nonprofit utilizes our time & funds efficiently. She is also the motivation and inspiration behind our FB group page.
